About Who We Are

Athletic Alliance of Chicago (“AAC”) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit sports league organization operating in Chicago dedicated to the LGBTQ+ community and straight allies. Our mission is simple, through a wide range of athletic competition, AAC strives to provide it’s members and the community the following:

A social outlet to build camaraderie within a diverse LGBTQ+ community.
A supportive environment that nurtures participants beyond the playing field.
A dynamic, all-volunteer organization that is self-sustaining and dedicated to excellence on a local, regional and national level.

Currently, AAC is comprised of eight different leagues Badminton, Beach Volleyball, Darts, Indoor Volleyball, Pickleball, Pool, Table Tennis, Second City Tennis. We welcome all kinds of players, whether you are a seasoned or picking up the sport for the first time. AAC only requires all members to purchase an annual membership for $25.

Executive Board

Our Executive Board members come from diverse backgrounds both professionally and personally, it is with that experience that AAC will continue to grow and offer it’s members a quality experience in the years ahead. However, it is AAC’s large number of volunteers who are unwavering in their support and commitment that makes AAC the success it is today.
