About Who We Are

The Athletic Alliance of Chicago (AAC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that unites Chicago’s LGBTQ+ community and allies through the spirit of sport.

Founded on inclusion, respect, and teamwork, AAC proudly organizes leagues in Badminton, Darts, Pickleball, Pool, Tennis, Table Tennis, and Volleyball — offering a place for players of all levels to connect, compete, and belong.

Our mission is simple: through diverse athletic opportunities, AAC strives to provide:

-- A welcoming social outlet that fosters friendship across the vibrant LGBTQ+ community.

-- A supportive and affirming environment that nurtures personal growth beyond the game.

-- A dynamic, volunteer-driven organization committed to excellence locally, regionally, and nationally.
